Paul and Martys' roots stretch deep into the Conejo Valley soil. They have each lived and worked here for over 40 years and have long been instrumentally involved in improving the community by their respective roles with the Reagan Library, Hospice of Conejo, and Kiwanis.
Their local fund-raising efforts and obvious community spirit also earned them the privilege of serving as Grand Marshals of the Conejo Valley Days in 2002. The record they set for fundraising that year still stands today. They genuinely love life in Conejo Valley. Marty first earned her real estate license and began helping people make the most of their home buying or selling opportunities in the Conejo Valley. Within a few years, she met Paul, who was a fellow agent in her office. They hit it off both personally and professionally, and by 1985 they married and joined forces as one of the Conejo Valley’s first real estate teams.
Paul brought to the team an impressive background from Corporate America in addition to being a small business owner. He also possesses a wealth of construction knowledge from the summers he worked with his family of home builders. Marty’s expertise is in her people skills and her in-depth local knowledge. She is also incredibly detail-oriented, which is a huge benefit for buyers and sellers alike.
