Raised in the Conejo Valley, Pete grew up immersed in the real estate world—learning the business from the ground up as part of a family deeply rooted in the industry. Since earning his California real estate license in 2006, Pete has continued that legacy, combining his passion for helping people with his deep knowledge of the market.

In 2010, Pete relocated to the beautiful Central Coast and calls Arroyo Grande home. He proudly serves as a Fire Captain for the San Luis Obispo County unit—an intense, high-stakes career that reflects his unmatched work ethic, problem-solving skills, and calm under pressure. These same qualities make him an exceptional real estate agent. Outside of real estate and firefighting, Peter leads an active, family-focused life. He and his wife are raising three children and can often be found on the sidelines coaching youth soccer and baseball teams. He also enjoys gardening, playing pickleball, paragliding, and staying fit with CrossFit.
